Stop backfilling rounds with AI as they cost teams lots of ticket bleed

While I do understand the logic behind it, adding AI is actually a penalty for the team. They are not helping at all and all they do is feed the other team causing the team who get them to lose lots ...

@UP_Hawxxeye at times i wished to have AI instead of certain "BF Players" I will refrain for detailing their playstyles since it might cause certain players to feel attacked.... but I guess we all know what types of players I am talking about

@X-Sunslayer-X I get revived by bots a HELL of a lot more than I do with real players! And I'm not sure how he came up with losing 30 tickets per bot. Practically everytime I've had a team with bots there's maybe 5 left at the end of the battle, at most.
