Stop backfilling rounds with AI as they cost teams lots of ticket bleed

While I do understand the logic behind it, adding AI is actually a penalty for the team. They are not helping at all and all they do is feed the other team causing the team who get them to lose lots ...

This is an exaggeration of a very minor issue compared to all the benefits of having AI.

I believe that AI should always fill at least half of the server's capacity. Otherwise you're running around in an empty Battlefield.
