Stop removing "attack aircraft slots" or seperate Heli and Jet

@Airstriker97 They don't care about air gameplay at all bro, all they care is pleasing infantry mains while letting pilots and tankers ignored.
That explains the trash air controls and gameplay, the 30MM cannon from the KA-52 only tickles infantry and the jets have zero weapon variety.
