Ive been trying to into a game for about 30 minutes. Just stuck at the squad screen with 'waiting for players to join' at the bottom. Conquest and Breakthrough maps. Squad members pop in and out, then I get sent back to the start menu to try again.
Is there a problem, I know people are annoyed with a lot but hard to believe so many would have already given up on the game that they can't fill a server.
I had the same issue, I had turned cross play off back during release to fix this issue.
If you turn it off, turn it back on.
I just wish they would add the # of players and how many were left. Most people are joining, waiting a few, and then dropping off as there is no feedback to what is going on, so it looks like a loop/hung game.
I did that and it’s still doing it. Haven’t even gotten to play the game and I got It over a week ago. Xbox oneX
What I dont get is, why it doesnt just start the game with AI like they said it would.....
I think people need to post their location and platform when reporting issues. I'm UK, PS5 with crossplay off and it works fine for me but I've seen many posts regarding issues outside EU.
Turning cross play off or on isnt the issue for most people Im in Australia and both myself and the guys I game with have had crossplay on since the start but none of us can join 64 player servers. The sad thing is but not at all surprising is that no matter how many people post about this issue not once have I seen a potential fix or work around from EA/Dice. No acknowledgement of the issue, NOTHING, radio silence. Why because they dont care just like the issues with all their titles since BC2 they have sold the number of games needed for their profit margins so they dont really care if you play it or not, and they know it doesnt seem to matter how bad their games are everyone still rushes out and buys them so what incentive do they have to spend more money on it making it right, that would just cut into their profit margins.
