Sundance scatter grenade nerf warranted but why only 1 AV nade?

@Zhukov211 they also halved the cooldown though (to 15 sec?). It is practically the same number of grenades per 30 sec as prepatch.
Now it is less of a burst of damage than before

@UP_Hawxxeye If only they buffed speed of those nades. Any air vehicle can just outrun it.
