Super Hind is op again... 40mm Grenade launcher pod is too powerful

@ZRuff46 Enabling the AA launcher to more (2?) classes would help, and giving more rockets to all launchers helps too. More options for the players to choose the AA launcher, even in it's current low-effective state (because of how the flares are now) would be wise.

@Wargame_Enj0yer The AA launch3r is fine on the Engineer, as that is where it belongs. More rock3ts would be fine. I was referring to the AA tank
