Edit: At this point it's not balance issue tbh, now it's about your team. But I totally understand how problematic Stealth can be in BT.

The Steath Heli is almost as annoying as BF1s Heavy Bomber.
The first you know about them is when you're in the spawn screen and it they both require a disproportionate amount of effort to dispatch.
Small arms should deffo do appreciable damage to air without the need to select AP rounds and it should either be flares or stealth mode, not both.
@Trokey66the heavy bomber could get wrecked by fighters without it being able to do insane aerobatics and fight back, head on
When players got like 40-10 kills with LVG320 Dice nerfed it to the ground within two weeks. Player gets still like 50-0 in Stealth helicopter and Dice doesn't care
