Takedowns
I love the takedowns and just know the victims hate it when it happens lol
I hope for more content on them too!

I'm not a fan of take downs - especially the third person version. Just let me stick my knife into someone, grab their tags and go about my day.
Visually the third-person takedowns look alright but they're a bit janky, both to initiate them and with the camera itself. I'd much rather they were the same as in one of the past games.
The takedown animations itself are very cheap in this game.
when someone is proning and you stab him from left/right or behind, your Charakter will first help him up only to be taken down again.
whats the point in this ?
you have the exact same animation from every angle, in BF3 you had one animation in 1st P view from every angle, be it standing, crouching or prone, even frontside where no knife animation normaly would occur.
the bf2042 takedown are cheap, often do not work becouse my soldier… eh I mean my specialist just slash him 2 times instead of starting the animation and thats that.
Battlefield 1 and Battlefield V did takedowns so much better
Shame that the takedown that I choose resets every time I start the game, what is the point of having different melee weapons with unique takedowns if they keep resetting.
