Tank turret and camera desyn?

there were some matches where I did not pay attention and had some wierd camera "action/glitch" going on as I was in first person in a tank. The kind you get in a game like enlisted or any mil-sim game where you are first-person only in a tank and move your turret.  My latest game I paid more attention to my tank and backed up to spawn, I noticed as I locked my tank turret with the right mouse button, that my turret desynced with my camera. I could shoot forward, but my turret was facing backward.

There were three events I can think of, one was engaging with another tank, second was being bombarded with rpg's and third was I got "hacked" and distorted my camera vision.

     I was wondering if anyone else noticed this?
