Tanks suck. Why are they so slow to turn and move?

The canon movements in tanks are severely debilitated...

EA appear to have gone cheap on us in the vehicle options we have to set the parameters as we want them ideally to be for us.  Aka turret turning speed...

And with regards to the gun barrel elevation then that as laughable, as we cannot raise it higher than approx 10 degrees above horizontal plane.  And worse, its the same silly restriction also for the tank gunner.  So as you rightfully point out, the tanks are sitting ducks for the helicopters and the jets, as it is right now.  As we have no way to shoot back and defend against air vehicles,

Its mindboggling how any programmers could have tested this and found it working well at all.  Certainly not any programmer with even just a limited prior experience with Battlefield gaming.

I have already posted a bug report on this to the BF2042 bug reporting area.

(as I also did already when we observed same silly limitation, when in the Beta testing gameplay many weeks back...   And an EA techie claimed already to have solved the bugs we observed there, because the Beta was many months old, remember...)
