Taser club is bugged

@ATFGunr I don’t bother with bug reports anymore. CM’s ignore them and I’m not wasting time filling out the bug report form to be ignored.
But seeing as you both asked:
The following applies to when you “swipe” the taser, and not the takedown process..
When you have the taser equipped,
If you swing the taser by pressing melee, your solider will then remain holding it and will not switch back to the firearm you were holding before hitting melee.
In the heat of battle, this can lead to your demise.
If you equip a regular takedown knife and hit melee, your soldier will swipe the knife once and then switch back to your firearm.
This is correct.
When you have a knife equipped, if you press and HOLD melee, then your solider will remain holding the knife.
This is correct.
But this doesn’t happen when you have the taser equipped.

@creepnpeep this is 100% false. The CM send reports both player sentiment reports and bug reports to the studio weekly.

I have 99% of my threads ignored by the CM’s.
And I have tried to raise attention some pretty valid issues/ bugs.
To me, a thread/ post that is not acknowledged or responded to = ignored.

To me, a thread/ post that is not acknowledged or responded to = ignored.@creepnpeep I'm in the EA Community Slack and know first hand that the CMs make weekly reports to the studio. Just because a CM doesn't drop by a thread and give you written confirmation that it's been seen doesn't mean the CMs and devs aren't lurking, taking notes, and escalating issues from the community. I understand from a player POV that the lack of acknowledgement can be frustrating but the CMs have a lot that they are responsible for internally and externally so it's not feasible to participate in every thread from a manpower standpoint.
