Team/Squad Switch coming ? We really need them

The typical 'I don't understand it, therefore it is not required, therefore don't add it' attitude that I really despise.
You don't have friends you play with I guess. If you do, then most likely less than 3.
Another reason is to be able to leave a squad with campers or players that don't PTO and find one with players that do (unless you are a base camper yourself, then this most likely does not matter for you as well as it does for those of us who what to a) play together with friends in the same squad and/or -- if not playing with friends -- b) be able to find a squad that aligns with your play style.- @DuaneDibbley I dont understand why it matters, people will just try to jump ship from "bad teams" and cause even more unbalanced matches. It isn't necessary.
If you want to play with friends then the squad size should be increased to 6 or 8, ask for that.- @SpudBug
Bigger squad sizes won't help if you can't select a new squad you want to switch into if your current squad consists of players that don't align with your play style (and this is true independent of if you want to PTFO or do base camping).
Also, IMO there is a limit as to how big squads can be to not be skew balance. If you have a 8 man squad you can almost never wipe all and there is always one player alive/remaining. But it is important for balance purposes to really be able kill all players in one squad and their beacons if they have placed any. Either this, or limit squad spawns to captured flags and squad leaders only. Then you might get away with bigger squad sizes.

It would be so great they give us back the kind of squad management we had in previous BF versions.
In BFV worked great.
While playing with friends I miss the 5th squad member we had at BF4.

the ability to switch/leave squads NEEDS to happen. we should have the ability to opt out of squads with annoying/useless squad mates (like the idiots who spawn on you while you are running soflam and immediately stars shooting (see: missing) and drawing attention to you)
