Teamwork
Hey guys I have a crazy idea. Instead of blaming the specialists for no teamwork, how bout we blame the battlefield community that seems to forget that teamwork is essential. Crazy idea I know.
I’m not blaming the player base for DICE’s “design flaws” rather, I am blaming them for choosing a “lone wolf” play style while simultaneously complaining that specialists provide no team play. My reasoning is that the players who complain about no team play, are the same exact ones who never team play at all regardless of specialists. They are the epitome of of no team play. You can’t say there is no teamwork when you yourself don’t help the team. Also, if you think that the specialists are the sole reason for no team play, you are kidding yourself. There have been hundreds of times in past Battlefield titles with classes that I have been ignored by medics when I needed a revive or they never drop a med bag, there are hundreds of time where support players never drop ammo even if I ask them game chat (voice or text), or even shoot them. The only classes that have “teamplay” are the engineer and recon (and those classes are more solo orientated). Finally if you read my reply would see that I also state that the specialists exasperated the lone wolf play style more than in previous titles

@acousticxeroHow do I downvote a thread, because I'm downvoting this hard. Blaming the players for failures in design from DICE is just lame, dude. Very lame. Not cool at all.
Are the Specialists making people camp in their spawns with vehicles or on hilltops far away from the objectives just as they were doing in BF3, BF4 and BF1? What about all of the rooftop camping from defenders on Breakthrough when the capture/defend area is on the ground? I saw the same things from players in Rush when playing BF4 years ago.
