@WinterbornGuardExactly! EA and DICE just cant help themselves with this over the top crap. How do you see it as a step forward?

Even at this point they could change it to where specialists are referred to by code names and in turn give the player back control of cosmetic and gender choices at least.  Then I could still make it mine mostly.
