Pretty sure its not a one bust kill unless your already damaged, more like a 2 to 3 burst kill depending where you hit.
and then there is the VCAR which use a .22magnum and kicks like a * is my soldier a kid or what
Simply as an extra voice, I'd agree that it feels balanced to me. Usually it's 2 bursts for me to kill someone with it.
Definitely needs 2 bursts to kill, it's pretty handy in hz as fighting at longer ranges but up close, it's outclassed by most other guns
