Do I really need to explain why a gun shouldn't get a 3 hit kill fire mode you can fire as fast as you can with full auto and a silencer

I honestly would not use it on full auto with the high damage rounds though, unless the target was covering most of my screen.
I may even go as far as to slow down the RoF with the long barrel in order to waste less shots.
