We know that bots are in the game and that they have (or will have in Portal) different "difficulty" levels. As such, I feel it only natural and necessary that we have "The Colonel 100" in the game ...

I get the idea of making this happen... But don´t you guys believe the bots ingame are going to be dumb, senseless dummies...
How will the devs ever be able to programm the bots to have a slight sense of useful AI.
Titanfall2 has both enemy and friendly bots in lobbies and it takes like litterly 2.5 seconds to shred through a group of 6 enemy bots...
- @carsono311 Make him killable with C4, which would grant you a bipod knife?
How about he can only be stopped by the lowest ranked player? That'd tie in to Neebs killing him quite nicely.
