To be honest, I'm not surprised but really......
I think it goes both ways. There are certain individuals that will never be satisfied and will complain endlessly on forums. Let's not forget the launch of BFV either - that was greatly mishandled by the dev/publisher and I would say they were at fault for a lot of the complaining that was going on.
In terms of the individual posters.. as others have said it's the internet this sort of thing will never go away entirely. It might become slightly better once the product is demoed (people learn more about the game) or the release is a resounding success and most people are happy.
In terms of dev/publisher let's hope they learned their lesson and have made changes on both the development lifecycle feedback loop as well as their community management.
