In my years of clan play, before Discord we used Teamspeak. We never used the in game VoIP. So, I don't understand how an in-game VoIP was what pulled it all together? That just wasn't the facts.

A proper Server Browser. Rental servers where we could gather, Proper squad tools were more important to me and my clan mates.
