The game could use a Dallas server

What the title says, basically. And maybe one up in Minneapolis or something. Some of us are in the middle (I'm in Mexico City, actually), and could use better ping. I am reasonably sure (thanks to some VPN testing) that I connect to the Washington DC server with somewhere between 70 and 90 ping depending on the day. It can go up to 120 for some of the Portal servers. This is... less than ideal for me.

The game's not utterly unplayable, but at that ping rate, it's hard to keep up with all the K30 users insta-fragging me up close, and occasionally sniping with the darned thing. Other games will allow me to connect to a Dallas server (sometimes with a VPN, sometimes without), and average 45-50ms, which I think is reasonable enough, and is why I requested Dallas specifically.

Thoughts? Anyone else out there stuck in the middle? Oh, and my poor, very distant cousins in South America could probably use an extra data center if you can swing it.
