The old scoreboard
Please bring back the old scoreboard showing kills, deaths, score, ping etc of all people in the server. The new one is too messy, unclear and doesn't show me useful information or just too little in...

After the latest news I read, it seems that EA does not plan to give us back a REAL Scoreboard!
Why are you doing something like that? To hide the hackers? Is that your solotion for this problem?
You know that the Scoreboard is for the most players a huge motivator for playing the Objective or playing overall!
This was your worst idea from all, to remove this...
There was a scoreboard IN ALL BF - Games till now!
A scoreboard belongs to this game.
Even some of my friends don't want to play the game because of this.
SO PLS, I beg you, give us back the Scoreboard!
I totally agree. There is no real reason to remove it and make it into the mess it was in the beta (and in the newest videos).
If they want it to be easier to see how your squad is doing, just do a similar scoreboard as in Battlefield 2. (Where after opening scoreboard, you can cycle between all player scores and squad-listed scores).

@carsono311 Well this is a Console Sreenshot and I guess they only impliment this, what was already on PC, and what was NO REAL SCOREBOARD.

There is / was a full scoreboard in the game, but it was not readily accessible and it did not have player scores or K/D in it… I want to say it was in the ESC menu
I suspect they will make that the full scoreboard and it was simply a work in progress…

I think that just refers to the current scoreboard. Which is a mess.
There has been no info on why they decided to remove a perfectly functioning way to view the scores of all players.
where exactly did the Dice devs acknowledge that there is fact no scoreboard like you are referring to??
@MegatronNerd Well it was not there in the Beta and it was not part of the things, the Devs told us wich we will get back after they heard our feedback.
So the problem IS, that it was NOT MENTIONED! You got it now?

- @DragonAlex1 Yeah. I do like the old scoreboard. In BF2042 beta, I was having an hard time figuring out how do you bring up the S.C. But, it's not going to stop me from playing BF2042 later.
I think the reason for them not giving a scoreboard is to avoid having to put any real effort into balancing combat. Without hard data there's no proof that anyone thing or combination is unbalanced.
Exactly. Whoever designed the scoreboard for BF2042 must have never played a FPS shooter or any game in his/her life...Can't believe how this passed beta testing jesus
Imagine if sports games took the route of EA, what would be the point of watching a football game or baseball game. EA would show before commercial break the leading Gatorade drinkers, or player spitting the most. Whats the point of playing against others if we don't know the score? Quit treating us like children, this isn't little league baseball
