Additionally the range around the tanks crosshair where you can get a lock should be increased/improved (again like BF4).
And I agree, for slow immobile things like a tank the shot should go up and hit from above.
While other rockets should be further expended in their variety of behaviours regarding direct hit/from above, speed, maneuverability, (splash) damage, ability to disable, etc.
