90% of my deaths from consoles are headshots. The demo shows that if you lower the FOV and use a lower mag scope, the aim assist focuses the aim at the head more often.
how about we wait for the netcode/desync issue to be fixed before pointing fingers?
when both sides say the same thing, it isn't an issue with either side, its an issue with the game.
plus no one on here has bothered to test anything, just point fingers and read some specs, none of which work like that in the game.
aim assist only works on players with good connections. so most PC players will have good connections, while many console players won't, its the nature of things. I know this isn't exact, and generalized, but a good theory.
- @TwentyValve 🤣🤣🤣🤣 I’m laughing because you said we should wait for them to fix the netcode / desync. We’ve been waiting for over a year. I don’t think they’re capable of that. I’m not sure anyone could. It’s baked into the game, I think it’s actually baked into the crossplay. I’ve played with crossplay off, and the issues aren’t present. I note that the servers have not been anywhere near full, a handful of PC players and a bunch of bots. The low player could could easily account for the lack of desync issues.

I"ve given up on this game, and pretty much this franchise. this game is so broken at the core, there isn't any point in conversations like this.- @TwentyValve I think the point to the conversations like this is to commiserate with our fellow gamers that have loved this franchise since whoever thru got into it. For me it was 1942, which we know a game like it will never come around again. We can also hope (as I do) that the devs may pay attention to the themes all these forum lists address on how to make a good BF game. The seeds are here all over, and although I’m not naive enough to expect them to listen, I still somehow have hope they won’t kill the series. (Ok maybe a little naive)
