I pray to god they leave the lights on.

Remember the beta where it was impossible to tell friend from foe so everyone ran around shooting at team mates and enemies?
I'll take the Xmas lighted soldiers over the beta chaos any day...
Just wish we could have kept Santa Boris...🙌

Given that both sides use the same characters, I have to say I've never had a problem telling friend from foe, so I don't want any changes to be made to how the enemy looks. Compare this to BFV which had so many issues with players not being able to identify the enemy and in some cases even seeing them because they blended in with the scenery.
2042 has never had this problem. No need to change anything.

The only problem 5 ever had was coloring and lighting. I never had issues telling a British or American soldier from a German or Japanese soldier. I don't know anyone else that did either.
Again, that game just had a lighting issue that did/could have been tweaked more
2042s issues are squarely on the specialists and how DICE refused putting them on locked factions. So everyone is fighting their evil twin. None of the other titles has EVER had that issue before, because each side looked different enough to tell the difference...could tell what side and what class they were. It was simple, effective and never should have been changed.
So, yes...this does need to be fixed and changed..
If we got actual functioning factions back, that would be just one more step into 2042 being an actual Battlefield game and not just in name only..
