The scope glint changes caused several issues

@UP_Hawxxeye Adding a glint to a 4x is beyond my comprehension. Just not a good decision.

    I class both the changes to the scope glint and the APS nerf in season 5 on the same level of pure foolishness as the BTK changes in BFV
