I agree for the most part, but i think Angel is way to far down the list. Not sure if he understands how Angel works since he doesn't mention the loadout crate and suggests all Angel can do is throw ammo...
Would also put Rao above Irish and Sundance. EMP grenades is how i survive encounters with vehicles and Rao's ability is basically an EMP grenade on steriods: infinte ammo, more range, can't be countered by trophy systems and works on choppers. Also his passive is really good against the BSV-M.
My list would look more like this:
