The state of release and current state of game

Dear EA/Dice

I'm messaging to see if I can get an answer on a few subjects, that I'm sure a lot of people may have already had or are interested in having answered.

The suggestion of possibility part or the whole game going free to play. What are you predicting on the player base returning when the game isn't performing to gamers or EA's expectations?

Myself and many other only expect a short spike if any and then the player base to fall back to or lower of where it is now.

With regards to the issues and lack of content around the game, which is less than how to game was originally released.

- Removal of stat records on hazard zone

- Removal of xp from portal, essentially making it as rewarding as hazard zone with no rewards.

- Removal of map from old gen consoles.

Are you going to give any kind of roadmap, past this current one, before this 1 is complete? Giving a rough idea when more fixes will be resolved, legacy features added or content in general, or will we be left in the dark again and allow everyone assume no one there cares about the game and can call it dead on arrival?

On your current roadmap that is for a few bug fixes, scoreboard and voip.

Having the bug fix causing more issues than they resolved for many players. Also performance issues still persisting after patches.

How can anyone expect new content to be added in the game anytime soon, to keep players interested or return. If it's taking a month and half roughly to implement a scoreboard or is the content already created prior to release?

Bots. Weren't bots meant to fill servers, that way you could find a server easier and once players join. They replace the bots themselves?

Lastly regarding the advertising of the game prior to and after launch.

What are your thoughts on misrepresentation of the game?

Refencing to the comments from the CEO of EA Andrew Wilson. Who should be one of, if not the most informed person in EA/Dice.

If the CEO was misinformed, how can you expect the player base the be informed based of what he has said in regards to the game?
