I agree about the need for the Wildcat to have a larger attack angle for dual 30mm and FLAK pod (say 85 degrees each) as well as giving the turret a boost to traverse when using 30mm.
The Flak pod could use a small/medium boost to velocity/reduction in drop as well but it is mainly a defensive weapon so we don't want it too fast otherwise the effective range beyond its intended purpose.
I'd also like to see the driver get Air Radar out to 300m as a "free" upgrade when choosing dual 30mm. I feel like you give up a lot of anti personnel and anti ground vehicle when you choose dual 30's so the Air Radar would be a nice way of bolstering your primary role when you have the dual AA guns.
