The XP limit about Portal experience.

There is a problem about portal team settings.
While I am trying to make .an Experience about team death match with default difficulty PvP AI.

I want to add portal maps like Noshahr Canals: Container Area into the map rotations and want to play with 2042 team both side.

If I set the team as 2042 team both side, XP gain will be Restricted. If teams are map default, XP gain will be Moderate.
I think it is not very good because the officially TDM has portal maps and play with 2042 teams both side. 
So can devs allow us to adjust the team settings without limiting XP gain while both side teams are same, please?
