There is an open ticket in the Bug Report forum.
Everyone who has this problem should go there and click "Me Too" so that DICE can determine the extent of the problem and fix it (hopefully).
@Lancelot_du_Lac The Thick44 tribute card finally arrived for me with the 5.0 update. Hope this works for other players in a similar position.
