Things that i must have! (small feedbacks) BF2042 portal
I do hope there is some devs who read here, if not, please help.
- Only spawn at main base. (disable flag spawning) (conquest)
So I have been playing a lot in portal mode. Mostly against bots, that’s how I like to play this game.
However, conquest mode right now is so much “ehhhh” there a few features that I think is missing and not to be able to turn off spawning at flag off is an issue to me. I want it to be punishing to play battlefield and not turn the whole game into a massive “Super smash brose melee.”
- Dog “Ranger” I love dog
I love this dog! I want him with me were ever I go!
But… I cant control the time to call in deploy, nor control the timer for Ranger when he breaks down. Witch is on 1:30 minute. Why….

You can’t even find the DAMN THING in the editor at the Battlefield 2042 portal.
Not even in RULE EDITOR!

- Bots,
Improved AI, this is needed, even tho, I am impressed how the bots behave they are not a disaster, but, there has been many moment that bots just do and 360 nonscope right into the head.
they need some sort of reaction meatier, so they don’t go to much CS GO pro.
- Weapon is to damn big.
There are moment when I change to pistol due to weapon take to much screen space, it is absolutely ridicules how a scope can eat 25% of the window screen. We need a function were the player can lower the gun so we have a better view.
- Dump a ton of new function to portal, what ever it is.
I know we have rule editor, that’s is great. But we have conquest/rush that we cant use it. So at least smash something more onto it.
I think it is great that battlefield has this feature to play around with on your maps and make your own rules, this saved battlefield 2042 for me.
- Bot in squad.
Ad bots to your own squad, AND they follow and spawn with you around.
I hate this! There to often you become complete abandon at a check point, at a base that you know is about to be rushed by the enemies.
“please don’t leave me” 1 MIN later, dead and bulldozed.
Reason I write this is that, it is very rare to have other people to join my server.
Even worse to know that bots don’t <> about you, they even refuse to ress you when you fall down.
