This was found on Kaleidoscope!! Very Exciting!!!

i am amazed the devs find the time to test and implement this stuff, judging from the amount of different dumpsterfires across the game as is....

it seems it spawns in different spots.

  Looks like at least 3 locations now. One down in the car tunnel using the elevator. Two up top in close proximity to each other.
