I just played Delta Fore-hawk ops alpha test for the last two hours.
EA better pull a rabbit outta their magic hat for the next BF.

Yeah, there is no way the current Dev Team that made 2042 is going to top DF.
DF is already better in an alpha test than BF2042 ever was at any point since its launch. So sad.
I have had more fun in two hours of alpha test gameplay than I did in over 1K hours in BF2042.
- @Adamonic I tried too. Infantry movement is better and also sniping feels better to me. But they have long way to go. Vehicle physics and movements are way off. And boy i love that weapon modifications and calibrations.

I remember Orbital a month before launch, and it was a brutal experience.
This is the floor for DF. They have a scoreboard, chat, VOIP, and all the other legacy features that BF2042 so conveniently left out and then added back in like it was new content.
DICE has their work cut out for them. They need to go play DF and get some ideas.
Gonna take my words back, yesterday felt good. Today game felt terrible + some strange deaths. And pretty sure it's already flooding cheaters.

Some things i picked up-
The vehicle mechanics are horrible
The bots in DF are smarter than the bots in BF
I love the perk call ins
Team work was overall good (medics actually reviving)
The Gadgets/Specialists were actually good
No input for controller on PC
Weapon mods
Playing from Australia i noticed zero connection issues considering they only had Europe/USA connection points to pick from.
Whilst it is a copy of BF it is a better version of 2042 hands down but fingers crossed the final game is polished.
