Ticket count?
Could someone please explain to me how this ticket count works? I was always under the impression that when a player dies their team loses a ticket. However when you look closely at the scores it nev...

There as a few thing to know about how the tickets work.
If we take regular Conquest as an example it's like the following basics:
- Each player that dies costs the team 1 ticket. This appears to happen once he reaches the redeploy screen with the top view of the map. Cause until then he could technically still get revived.
- Each sector you capture brings down the enemy tickets by 10 at the moment you capture it. (can be either one flag or multiple ones that belong to a sector)
- For each sector you own more than the enemy team, it slowly counts down on the enemy tickets by the amount of sectors. So if you own 2 sectors and the enemy none, it slowly counts down 2 tickets on them every few seconds. If you own 5 and the enemy none, it slowly counts down 5 tickets on them every few seconds. (other case might be, if you own 4 and enemy team 1, it either counts down 3 tickets on them cause 4-1, or counts down 4 on them and 1 on your team every few seconds)
- And most importantly if your teams owns all sectors and hold that, after a few seconds the so called "ticket bleed" starts to happen and their tickers go down really fast! Untill they at least neutralize one of the sectors to stop it bleed. So if the game has like 6 sectors in total, they already lose 6 tickets every few seconds if your team owns them all and if they then can't at least neutralize one of those 6 sectors the tickets will continue to be taken away crazy fast.
That's how big ticket differences can be happening sometimes.
Keep in mind, things can be still different on certain portal servers if changes to the ticket settings have been made by the creator.
