Time, playtime, FPS counter problem

Attached a screenshot. This is the problem i am talking about.
Apparently, you can see the FPS display, which is like 105, and this new counter which shows another fps which is 85, besides my time and the in-game playtime. The performance after this update is terrible for me, and this new counter might be a reason why my fps is affected. Even when playing, i lose like 15-20 fps.
I cleared cache, repaired game, even reinstalled game, nothing solved. Any solution for this problem, some console command to disable it or something?
the counter is from razer cortex you can disable it under gamebooster and then ingame
