You can never have too much feedback, the lack of feedback is usually very damaging as players feel that nobody cares and that nothing is being done to resolve critical issues.
I also fully understand that CM's hands are tied and can only feedback what they are told.
@RayD_O1CMs do as much as they can within the boundaries set by the corporate lawyers at EA/Dice.
CMs are forced to follow the forum and disclosure rules set by the lawyers, so I wouldn't take it to heart if they have to remove anyone temporarily as "Lawyer-ese" is purposefully both hard to follow and even harder to understand, yet logically necessary in a rules based society...
