@RayD_O1 They had some good communications a few years ago, I can´t remember if it where for BF1 or BFV when they had the can-ban board with the tickets wich everyone, even we had access to read.
We could go in and see where in the progress bug-fixes where and other issues they where keeping track of, devs could leave comments wich we could read. I would really like to have that transparency back.
I work as a developer myself using the same kind of system, called Leankit in wich we and our customer keeps track on our work.

It was a Trello board for BFV.
Incidentally, it's kanban (unless you were making a joke, in which case I tip my hat to you).
