Tracer dart gun nerf

I consider it a huge contradiction to make the dart harder to hit targets while also reducing the duration of the dart spotting.

If you make it hard to land a dart, you need to reward those who land the dart to the target by giving their team lots of time to lock on to the target.

Otherwise why ever use the dart gun and sacrifice a gadget slot over playing Rao for both designating and hacking?

I refused to even try the dart gun after the nerf to the designation duration.
