True OFFLINE (no internet connection) support for the bots

@tyl0413And if I look at the PSN deathloop page. It states online play is optional. So that means the game can be played offline.

But again on battlefield 2042 it states online play is requiered. So it wil be online only I am afraid ☹️

@icelightning250 Looks like they changed it, but for a good while it said online required. We'll just have to wait and see.
