After praising your overlords for giving you an "opportunity" to play their "live service" game, of course.
Yeah it's really hard to understand why someone would defend EA even if you don't care about the issue. You gain nothing, only lose by defending their anti-consumer decisions.

Yes, crying about not having an offline option, because someone is worried they won't have enough money on their foodstamp card to buy another game (in approximately 2-4 years), is pretty funny 😎
I'll get my $100+ worth from the game....... long before the servers are shut down.
- 5 years ago@SOCOMDEATHDEALR Blah blah blah. I know what you mean about me. But I can disappoint you =) I work for an IT company and I get 15,000$ a month there ( 3,750$-4,000$ a week). I'm just upset that you can't play offline. Since at work we have our own local network. And I will not be able to enter someone else's network = (since everything is classified. Therefore, I need offline mode, everyone needs it. I have Battlefield 1942, Vietnam, 2.2142 from Origin installed on my 5TB flash drive. And in my free time I play with bots and Everyone is having fun playing with bots.

These days, I am enjoying FPS solo and coop play much more than multiplayer, because I don't like the way game studios are using algorithms to screw around with gameplay, random gun nerfing, purposely matching certain weapons to other weapons, SBMM, etc. For example, the latest CoD is a very different game now from when it was first released. You can feel how the game is being manipulated, to keep people playing and thinking they can just tweek some setting or other, here and there, or keep trying different guns, and get their K/D ratio back up. I want to play a game where my skill determines whether or not I win--not some algorithm giving me an edge in one match, and then screwing me in another. I hope that offline bot play will allow you to level up, also. That would be the icing on the cake--and I would gladly put my money down for each new BF version, if it included that.

It's about preserving the game for the future and actually being able to play it now and the in the future the way you like, when you like, for however long you like.

Welcome to life. Sometimes we don't get everything we want.
Buy the game, roll it, have fun.....then rinse and repeat for the ones released afterwards.

@SOCOMDEATHDEALRIf you didn't blindly buy garbage they'd be forced to improve it.Hey, my bad, I didn't know you have logged several hours on a game (that isn't due to release for another 3 months)......and have "blindly" come to the conclusion that it's "garbage".
You're very special..

Hey all,
Friendly reminder to follow the laws of the land when posting, you don't have to agree on everything but you can't attack people either.
Thanks.
- 5 years ago@ChugKendall Yes my friend. We need offline Conquest. As it was in the 00s.
- 5 years ago@EA_Cade I hope you EA Folks are reading these comments supporting offline modes (bots) and leveling, and considering making them reality. 🙂
