True OFFLINE (no internet connection) support for the bots

@Strelok_1284 Progression will be available for bots mode and for progression to actually work you must be online connected to DICE's stats server which is IMO the reason offline mode is not supported. The only way it could be supported is if you can't progress in offline mode.

@ragnarok013So why they dont create dedicated offline mode without progression like in Star Wars Battlefront 2, where all weapons are unlocked, but in multiplayer modes, you have to normally progress online to unlock them?
