Unfortunately a huge proportion of the playerbase is plain out refusing to use the tools they need for the job.
It is not just the players who cannot be bothered to switch to a specialist or gadget that is better for the situation.
There are even those who are medics yet will not be bothered to revive a teammate at a safe position within 20m of them.
The final BFF video we got so far is demonstrating what the Lissile could had been like if people massed Lis like they are supposed to

Medics that don't revive are a constant annoyance, but I think the issue with needing to switch specialist or gadget is people just don't see the point. You can't solo most vehicles unless you're close enough to use C5, which is now even harder since they nerfed the EMP. So most players think, why bother if it means I'm more than likely going to be killed? I'm not suggesting we should be able to easily solo vehicles, but there needs to be balance - either increase the incentives for trying to destroy vehicles, make working together MUCH easier, or make it less like a suicide mission for one person. At the moment, the only effective way to counter vehicles, is other vehicles. Unless you have a really good team that works together, which is like 1 round in 25 or worse.....
