Ultimate Edition/Elite Edition

I pre-ordered the Ultimate Edition through Steam just before the game got released and I assumed that by having the highest edition it would come with everything. For example, in Battlefield 4 if you purchased the Premium Edition, it gave you everything, future DLC etc. But now I see that there is an Elite Upgrade and Ultimate Edition no longer exists. I have read other posts on this forum about people saying "If you already own Ultimate Edition, there is no need to buy Elite Edition Upgrade." But I'm missing the content from the Elite Edition including the vehicles. Am I wrong in assuming that the highest edition comes with everything?

I tried to contact EA directly but couldn't even send a message longer than half a sentence.

It's just weird that the highest edition of the game 2 years ago doesn't equate to the new highest edition of the game

@themrewpThe only difference between go,d and elite is you get a book and soundtrack lol, hope that was worth it. Chusma is right, you need to unlock the vehicles in game. If you go to your Collection, then click on the vehicle you want that is locked, and in the right hand upper corner it tells you what you need to do to unlock it. Some came via the BattlePass so I’m not sure how you get it if you didn’t olay, I think they give alternate missions?
