Yes, it should be available to you as downloadable content upon release.

I would expect it to be available in the PlayStation Store alongside Battlefield 2042 on 12 November.

Pre-load for the game will be on 10th of November.

And with the eaely access you can play it on the 12th.

Alongside the game you should also get access to the additional content at the same time. So probably on the 12th.

Not sure if it'll automatically download when available or in case you have to seach for it in the console store. 

Best would be to go to the game and look for additional content, it should probably lead you the way.

Then I presume the DLC will just show up and perhaps start auto downloading on the 12th.

Lets see, I was unsure too, so I will just go with the flow and see what happens.
