Unlock at midnight or 9pm PST tomorrow?

I have heard access to the game is unlocked at 3am EST / midnight PST tomorrow night (the 12th). But now that I have the game downloaded (PS5), there is a countdown timer and it says "playable" in 1 day 6 hrs 40 mins... and that takes me to midnight EST / 9pm PST. Does anyone know why this is 3 hours earlier than everything I've read?

@Astroboy314 On console it's mostly Midnight.

Hi @Astroboy314 ,
I am based in Central European Time (CET; Rome, Paris, Brussels, CPH) and here it says that the game unlocks to be played in exactly 24h and 27 mins from now.
So my local time exactly at midnight between Thursday and Friday CET. 👍
