Yes but their idea of a cooldown is terrible.
Making them not stop the EMP grenades and buffing the EMP of the drone so it recharges faster, would had been better adjustments.
The cooldown makes sense on the vehicle versions because they can stop almost EVERYTHING and they cannot be destroyed unless the vehicle is destroyed.
Even allowing the EMP nades through is a massive buff to the scatter grenade and the airburst.
@UP_Hawxxeye EMPS -nade are already getting through and destroy the the APS and smoke is disabling the APS to.
