This thread is just pure hyperbole, there are more snipers in-game now than ever before especially with the introduction of the railgun and everybody and their dog trying to level it up.
While it does take some skill to pull off some of the quick scope videos I have seen with SWS, it doesn't mean it was working as intended nor should it work like that.
I would go so far as saying there should be a heavy accuracy penalty for snipers while standing/running and shooting they should have to go prone.
If you want it to be a one-hit kill a close range, then the reload should be drastically increased or you could always opt for the NTW50 it still one shots at close range.

how about you explain why people should be forced to lay prone to snipe when it has never been the case in any BF?
I didn't say they should be forced I said there should be an accuracy penalty for NOT being prone which was a part of previous battlefields by the way for snipers and LMGs.
