Update 3.2 Feedback - Classes

@Straatford87 Hi I think it’s great.

-I like that the gadgets are restricted and weapons aren’t, please continue to use this model moving forward.

-I don’t like that assists count as kill aren’t in the game yet. Also the hind/condor have way too much health. Maybe reduce it or remove the 2 seats that can repair, make it so they can only ride along.

- I think targets hit by the tracer dart should be visible to everyone who has something that can lock on to it regardless of having the rocket equipped.
