Update 3.2 Feedback - Classes

How about you can't bleed out for 10 seconds or maybe not be able to bleed out at all if you K/D ratio is below 1.0.  As a medic, i try to pick up people, waste a smoke, only to have these people bleed out often and most of the time instantly.  Plus they are wasting our Tickets as a member a team!!!

I also in the past i've also pointed out that everyone in a vehicle should get credit for a kill and the amount of credit should be   1 / number of seats occupied.
