Update 3.2 Feedback - Gadgets

Allow C5 on all classes. I use it both offensively and defensively. When support needs to revive players, ya gotta clear the area first and since we only have one grenade to work with, C5 is necessary to deal with shielded targets, the drone bots, whatever.

*Before anyone whines it's too strong, the balance is you have to be up close to use it. Anything is going to be strong in skilled hands. Plus as someone else mentioned support had it in previous games, so the precedent is there.
